📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Registration fee of ₹499 is compulsory and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Registration fee only covers participation in the event.

3. Travel, accommodation, food, and other personal expenses must be borne by participants.

4. Participants must report at the venue on the specified date and time.

5. Late arrival may lead to disqualification at organizer discretion.

6. Participants may sing with a karaoke track or perform without music accompaniment.

7. Songs containing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content may lead to disqualification.

8. Judges' decisions shall be final and binding.

9. Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of event rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

10. Final Take Production Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to photograph, video record, and use participant performances for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and broadcasting purposes without additional compensation.

11. Winners selected for music video projects and audio recordings must be available on mutually agreed production dates.

12. Cash prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the event after verification of winner details.

13. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, prize structure, or rules if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

14. In case of cancellation due to force majeure events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the event may be postponed or rescheduled.

15. By registering, participants agree to all rules, terms, and conditions of the competition.
